Ashlea Court Care Home in Scotland is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead and support a care team in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will take responsibility for your shift, ensuring care is well organised and delivered to a high standard.
You will also oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and maintain clear care records, working closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Our care home is nestled in the urban yet accessible Ashgill. We offer Nursing, Residential, Dementia & Respite care for 86-residents.
As Senior Care Assistant, you will guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person centred care that makes a real difference every day to our residents.
You will take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organised, consistent and delivered to a high standard. Alongside providing hands on care, you will oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to any changes, ensuring care remains safe and appropriate.
You will maintain accurate care records and work closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.
