Job summary

Agincare is looking for an experienced care professional to join our Dorset team at Blenheim care home. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with dignity, independence and comfort each day.

We offer £13.46 per hour, a refer-a-friend scheme, fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, a Blue Light discount package, a company pension and on-demand pay. You’ll need the right to work in the UK and be able to work 42 hours per week including alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have the right to work in the UK (12 months minimum).
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings and meaningful engagement.
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.
