Job summary

Agincare Weymouth in Bournemouth is hiring caring professionals to deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care at Blenheim care home. You will support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, and administer medications safely as part of a compassionate team.

Join a family-owned UK care provider offering funded training up to QCF Level 5, pension, and on-demand pay. Weekend rotation is included as part of a 42-hour week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.

• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
