Job summary

Agincare Homes Holdings in Dorset is seeking an experienced care professional to join Blenheim care home. You will deliver person-centred care, support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, and contribute to care plans.

You will also administer medications, lead activities, and guide the team to ensure residents feel safe and valued in a homely environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
