Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in payments or card issuing.
• Strong network of potential clients and partners.
• Experience using AI-powered sales tools to accelerate pipeline.
• Tech-savvy and passionate about how fintech is transforming finance.
• Solid understanding of interchange and card schemes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Structured, organized, and able to manage multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow a healthy pipeline for card issuing across verticals.
• Sell issuing products to travel intermediaries and fintech clients.
• Act as a trusted consultant, answering in-depth product questions.
• Prepare compelling proposals showing ROI of modern issuer.
• Lead full sales cycle as main contact for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales peers to share insights and trends.
• Provide feedback on local market trends and competition.
