Qualifications

• Experience in significant pursuit capture strategy development and alignment with growth targets.
• Proven track record of leading strategic and complex pursuit strategies (NSR > £20m) across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with clients, delivery partners and internal stakeholders to win major pursuits.
• Expert communicator with ability to facilitate workshops and align stakeholders.
• Demonstrated skills in sales production metrics and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise critical pursuits (£20–£100M) with clear capture and positioning strategies.
• Drive integrated strategies to improve capture and win rates.
• Collaborate with proposals, marketing, technical, operations and commercial teams.
• Nurture client relationships and develop opportunity pipelines based on client intelligence.
• Coordinate training and coaching for regional capture and work-winning teams.
