Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead major pursuits in the Transportation business, directing capture and client-positioning strategies across global and regional teams in a hybrid role with travel. You will collaborate with CAMs, Market Sector Leaders and proposal teams to win opportunities from $20M to $100M, shaping strategy, governance and marcomms to deliver growth.

Experience in pursuit capture strategy aligned to growth targets.
Lead strategic and complex pursuit strategies across multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong leadership and collaboration with clients, partners and teams.
Excellent communication and facilitation of workshops with diverse groups.
Proven sales metrics and development of compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise pursuits ($20–$100M) with winning capture strategies.
Drive integrated capture strategies to improve win rates for major programs.
Partner with proposal, marketing, technical, operations and commercial teams on Capture Plans.
Nurture client relationships and develop opportunity pipelines.
Coordinate regional and global teams to deliver capture outcomes.
