Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Capital Project Manager to lead large-scale construction programmes and drive delivery across all RIBA stages. You will ensure NHS guidance compliance and work with clinicians and contractors to maximise value and safety.

You will develop detailed plans, forecast budgets, and provide strategic advice to align schemes with operational and strategic goals, balancing quality, sustainability and cost in a fast-paced NHS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-million-pound capital construction schemes.
• Strong understanding of NHS guidance, HTM & HBN, CDM regulations 2015 and Building Safety Act.
• Forecasting and profiling spending across multiple projects.
• Ability to collaborate with contractors, clinicians and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from feasibility to completion across all RIBA stages.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation.
• Ensure projects delivered on time, within budget, and meet goals.
