Job summary

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Capital Projects Manager to lead the Estates and Facilities team's delivery of a varied portfolio of capital, refurbishment and backlog maintenance projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to high standards.

You will manage a team of project professionals across inception to completion, collaborate with clinical and estates colleagues, oversee budgets and risks, and support annual capital plans and long-term estate

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital, refurbishment and backlog maintenance projects.
• Manage a team of project professionals from inception to completion.
• Work with clinical, operational and estates colleagues to deliver schemes across the Trust.
• Oversee budgets, risks and governance to ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Support the development of annual capital plans and long‑term estate objectives.
• Engage stakeholders and monitor performance to identify opportunities for value for money.
