Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Capital Project Manager to lead and deliver capital schemes within the Trust’s Capital Programme. You will manage budgets around £1 million, develop policies, and provide specialist advice on sustainable healthcare design, liaising with the Estates team and external partners.

The role requires healthcare project experience, strong budgeting and planning skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies while upholding Trust

Qualifications

• Lead on development of long-term capital plans and procurement strategies for the entire Trust site and estate.
• Develop an Operational Plan for delivery of approved development schemes linked to the Estate Strategy and Master Plan.
• Provide expert estates advice on healthcare construction, sustainability and emergency best practice.

Responsabilités

• Lead on the development of long-term capital plans and procurement strategies for the whole Trust site, plant and infrastructure.
• Develop an Operational Plan for delivery of the approved development schemes linked to the Estate Strategy, Master Plan and Integrated Business Plan.
• Provide expert estates advice to senior stakeholders on healthcare construction, sustainable design and emergency best practice.
