Job summary

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Capital Projects Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of capital, refurbishment and backlog maintenance projects across the Trust. Reporting to the Head of Capital, you will shape the estate strategy and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You will manage a team of project professionals, work with clinical, operational and estates colleagues, and drive opportunities to improve service delivery,

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of capital, refurbishment and backlog projects across the Trust.
• Manage a team of project professionals from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and estates colleagues to deliver capital schemes.
• Oversee budgets, risks and regulatory compliance for capital works.
• Support annual capital plans and long-term estate objectives.
