Job summary

A leading life sciences company based in Berkshire is seeking a Senior CAPEX Project Planner to establish and maintain a master schedule for large-scale projects. You will work hybrid, required on-site 3 days a week. The ideal candidate has a STEM-related degree and experience in CAPEX project planning, along with proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree qualification is a STEM related discipline or similar.
• Proven industry experience in large-scale CAPEX project planning (ideally > £150m to £500M).
• A working knowledge and practical experience with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fully coordinated master project schedules.
• Align with cross-functional teams to build baseline schedules and project planning documents.
• Track project progress and analyse critical path and near-critical activities.
• Identify and address schedule variances with proactive planning and risk mitigation.

Role Overview

A leading life sciences company based in Berkshire, is currently seeking a Senior CAPEX Project Planner to join their dynamic team. As the Senior Project Planner, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining a master schedule, integrating the capital expenditure (CAPEX) schedule, and planning / scheduling the operational readiness and business improvement elements of the project.

This role is Hybrid and you will be required to be on-site 3 days per week.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as the Senior CAPEX Project Planner will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
