Job summary

Senior Salmon in Mansfield is seeking experienced Call Handlers to join a growing customer service team. This office-based role requires confident, professional communication, especially with customers who may be upset, and offers a permanent position with potential for hybrid working after probation.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week. You will manage bookings, coordinate with surveyors, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months' experience in administration and call handling.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong customer service background.
• Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
