Job summary
Urenco is recruiting a Principal Control & Instrumentation Engineer to lead a team across Capenhurst/Birchwood. You will drive FEED packages, ensure designs meet standards, and act as the intelligent customer for suppliers. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and delivery of complex programmes in a regulated setting.

Qualifications
- Degree in Control & Instrumentation, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Professional accreditation or relevant specialist training desirable.
- Experience leading engineering teams on major plant/infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of C&I engineers and senior engineers in FEED and design delivery.
- Ensure designs align with Urenco standards, customer requirements and best practice.
- Provide technical guidance and oversee design development and deviations.
- Develop capability, training, and SQEP within the team.
- Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement across projects.
