Job summary

Urenco is seeking a Principal Civil, Structural & Architectural (CS&A) Engineer to lead a skilled CS&A team at Capenhurst/Birchwood. You will guide FEED activities, ensure designs comply with Urenco standards and customer requirements, and enable safe, compliant solutions across major capital programmes.

You will mentor engineers, manage design development, and act as the intelligent customer for suppliers and contractors, driving quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
Postgraduate qualifications or training in a relevant discipline desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of CS&A engineers.
Develop and deliver FEED packages.
Ensure designs meet Urenco standards and customer requirements.
Provide technical guidance throughout design development.
Support project execution and supplier outputs.
Review design deviations and FAT/SAT activities.
Maintain design intent throughout lifecycle.
