Urenco Capenhurst is seeking a Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams delivering FEED across multiple projects. You will ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, customer requirements, and Urenco engineering standards while guiding technical oversight and supplier management.

The role emphasizes safeguarding Urenco’s technology and IP, with a focus on safety, quality, and operational performance across the design lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale plant design projects.
• Proven FEED delivery experience: feasibility studies, conceptual and basic design.

Responsibilities

• Lead FEED activities and ensure alignment with investment proposals and standards.
• Coordinate design resources across multiple projects and manage budgets.
• Provide engineering oversight, review detailed designs, and approve deviations.
