Headquartered in Guangzhou, China, it has laboratories and offices in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, and California, USA, employing over 1,000 people worldwide. Its business spans over 30 provinces in China, the US, and Europe.

The ideal candidate will lead business development activities and drive sales. They will play a key role in generating new business and managing marketing and customer service activities.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within the UK market;
  • Develop and execute business and regulatory plans for the UK;
  • Identify opportunities from marketing leads and manage local partners;
  • Report market information to headquarters promptly;
  • Collaborate with departments to establish operational processes in the UK;
  • Build brand awareness in the UK;
  • Provide excellent customer service and prompt solutions to inquiries.
Qualifications/Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD products;
  • BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international experience preferred;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail;
  • Energetic and motivated to find new opportunities quickly;
  • Familiar with selling imported products in Europe;
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
