Headquartered in Guangzhou, China, the company has laboratories and offices in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, and California, USA, employing over 1,000 people worldwide. Its operations span over 30 provinces in China, the United States, and Europe.

The ideal candidate will lead business development activities, drive sales, and play a key role in generating new business. They will also manage marketing and customer service activities.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within the UK market;
  • Develop and execute business and regulatory plans for the UK, achieving operational objectives;
  • Identify opportunities from marketing leads and manage relationships with local partners;
  • Report market information to headquarters promptly;
  • Collaborate with departments to establish operational processes for the UK;
  • Enhance brand awareness of the company and its solutions in the UK;
  • Provide excellent customer service with prompt solutions to inquiries.
Qualifications/Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales within molecular pathology or IVD markets;
  • BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international experience preferred;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail and operational excellence;
  • Energetic with motivation to find new business opportunities quickly;
  • Familiarity with selling imported products in Europe;
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
