Business Development Manager | Fast-Growth SaaS | Remote (UK-based)

A high-growth SaaS scale-up transforming the logistics and transport space is looking for a commercially driven, tenacious Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business across the UK. With impressive year-on-year growth and a product making waves in a legacy industry, this is your chance to join a purpose-led tech company at an exciting stage of expansion.

The Company

  • Tech scale-up on a mission to modernise and digitise the UK logistics industry - helping clients run operations that are more efficient, profitable, and sustainable
  • Backed by an experienced founding team with a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS ventures
  • Already operating successfully across mainland Europe and UK, and now expanding into the US market
  • Collaborative, international team with strong engineering and product focus

The Role

  • Own the full 360 sales cycle from prospecting to close across new UK business
  • Identify, approach and convert prospects in the logistics and transportation sector — you’ll be in the driver’s seat of UK expansion
  • Build and nurture key industry relationships to increase awareness and drive strategic growth
  • Represent the business at trade shows and industry events, both online and in person
  • Work closely with international colleagues to align sales, product, and operations
  • Help shape UK market strategy, contribute ideas and feedback to shorten sales cycles and elevate the brand

About You

  • Proven experience in transport or logistics - either in SaaS sales or operational management
  • Hunter mentality with a passion for new business and smashing targets
  • Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Comfortable with tech - TMS or SaaS background is a strong advantage
  • UK-based with the flexibility to travel for client visits, events, and internal meetings
  • Full UK driving licence required

The Package

  • Up to £44,000 with double OTE (uncapped commission structure)
  • Fully remote role, flexibility on travel required.
  • Be part of a mission-led team driving real impact in a traditional industry.
