Robertson Facilities Management (RFM) in Scotland is seeking a senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across Scotland, with a focus on expanding services, increasing revenue and strengthening client relationships.

You will build relationships with stakeholders and work with senior leadership to mobilise new contracts, while providing market insight and guiding strategic decision-making. The role emphasises service excellence and workforce planning across Scotland.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning and securing large-scale FM and Property Services contracts.
• Extensive experience operating at a senior level within FM, Building Services or Property Services.
• Demonstrated success in delivering sustainably profitable contracts and long-term revenue growth.
• Strong background in business development, bid management, tender submissions and contract negotiations.
• Established network of contacts across the FM industry to generate opportunities through relationships.
• Experience across both public and private sector environments.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with involvement in business planning and market growth.

• Support the delivery of the regional growth strategy across Scotland, identifying opportunities to expand services and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients and partners in Scotland to support growth and excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities in the Scottish market and mobilise new contracts.
• Provide regional market insights to guide strategic decision-making and development initiatives.
• Champion service excellence across the Scottish portfolio with standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Support regional workforce and succession planning to meet future growth in Scotland.
• Represent the business at regional meetings, industry forums and client engagements.
