Robertson Group is seeking a Contract Manager for the Robertson Facilities Management division, based in Aberdeen. You will oversee the delivery of FM services, ensure contractual compliance, and manage safety and energy initiatives across multiple sites.

The role requires a degree in facilities management or equivalent, NEBOSH or similar qualification, and strong budgeting and leadership skills. PVG checks and reference prerequisites apply.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field or professional qualification in a Facilities Management discipline with experience.
• Experience of managing utilities.
• PFI experience.
• A recognised health and safety qualification e.g. NEBOSH.
• Considerable budgetary experience.
• First class customer service skills are essential, together with a positive outlook and flexible, team working attitude.

Responsabilités

• To manage the delivery of FM services, ensuring contractual compliance at all times and delivery in accordance with relevant legislative requirements (HTMs, HBNs etc.) and procedures that ensure risk is effectively managed.
• Prepare client performance reports and attend performance meetings on a regular basis.
• Managing records in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and company policies and procedure
• Establish and practice effective energy management procedures using targeted and monitoring techniques to identify improvement opportunities.
• Management of lifecycle works.
• Overall responsibility for all Health & Safety including compliance with the CDM.
