Looking for someone in Sales, HIL (Health, insurance and life sciences, Pharma) experience.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business development for BPO services (Consulting/Tech experience will be added advantage)
• Specialist on Insurance (MUST), Life Sciences, Healthcare sectors
• Experience of influencing and advising C level execs
• Very fluent with digital transformation and AI/GenAI propositions for business operations
• Experience of creating sales pitch, solution themes, contract negotiation amongst other things across the sales cycle
• Track record of closing multi‑tower, large deals (50‑100 MM+)
