Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated professional with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. As a key liaison between our clients and internal teams, you will act as their advocate—ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

The primary objective of the Senior Business Development Executive role is to proactively engage with our target audience and effectively introduce our products and services. While this position is primarily focused on account management, you will also collaborate to identify and pursue new business opportunities across Europe.

You will serve as the first point of contact for direct enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns, playing a crucial role in converting interest into long-term client relationships and play a vital role in our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients through inbound enquiries, networking, and effective client management—driving lead generation, setting appointments, and ultimately contributing to sales growth.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct in all interactions, both internally and externally.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and client engagement efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure alignment across campaigns, messaging, and service delivery.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Inspire, representing the company at both digital and in-person events with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Assist the Aftersales and Reservations teams by supporting customer enquiries and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records within internal systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting effective decision-making.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and support new business strategy.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of the company’s products/services and how they create value for our customers
  • Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

  • You’re great at working with warm prospects and know how to turn interest into qualified leads with ease and confidence.
  • You understand the importance of creating a positive experience and are comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
  • You thrive in lead qualification settings and enjoy digging into client needs to match them with the right solutions.
  • Whether you’ve been in a sales role before or have the mindset and drive for it, you’re used to working toward targets and delivering results.
  • You have strong commercial awareness and understand how internal and external factors (such as market trends, competition, customer behaviour, and business costs) impact profitability and business decisions.
  • Whether it’s over the phone or in writing, you express yourself clearly, professionally, and with impact.
