Job description

As a B2B Business Development Senior Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the US, UK, EU, and MENA regions. Your primary focus will be on developing robust relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique business needs, and effectively positioning our IT & Software services to meet their requirements. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, with a specific emphasis on securing long-term and lucrative business contracts. This is a remote position, allowing you to work independently and strategically collaborate with our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B business development, sales, or relevant roles within the IT & Software industry, with a focus on international markets, particularly the US, UK, EU, and MENA regions.
  2. Engage in proactive outreach, networking, and business development activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  3. Extensive experience in generating hard-core leads and closing substantial business contracts independently, strongly favoring long-term client relationships.
  4. Create compelling and customized sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to effectively showcase our IT & Software services and value proposition.
  5. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets/strategies with proposed implementation plans in line with the Executive Management’s goal.
  6. Proficient in generating business proposals, pitching proposals, based on the details provided by the concerned department for various services Hashe is offering.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and project managers, to craft comprehensive and competitive proposals.
  8. Candidates with existing business in hand will be given priority.
  9. Willing to work on a flexible schedule as per the target market region time zone.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication; fluency in English is a must to handle international clients.
  2. Education from IT/BCS can be advantageous, but a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a must.
  3. Willing to work on a flexible schedule as per the target market region time zone.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and accountability.
  5. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  6. Proactive, result-oriented, and self-driven individual with a hunger for achieving and exceeding targets.
  7. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address client needs creatively.
  8. Long-term job contract purely depends on the achievement of monthly sales targets.
  9. Must be able to join in 2 weeks.
