Job summary

Flourish is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager in London to lead high-value, tender-driven growth across facilities management and property services. You will build and manage a £15-22 million pipeline for 2027, targeting £300k–£2m projects and securing multiple new clients annually.

You will work with operations, compliance and finance to produce credible proposals, maintain client relationships and report pipeline status weekly and monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-value pipelines (£10m+).
• Strong forecasting and commercial awareness required.
• Proven ability to prepare quotes, proposals and tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a £15-22 million sales pipeline for 2027 (£300k–£2m projects).
• Secure a minimum of five new independent clients per year.
• Prepare tender submissions and commercial materials with senior leaders.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients as the main contact for commercial discussions.
• Track pipeline, forecast and report performance to leadership.
