Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen operational governance and improve collaboration across business, technology and supplier teams. You will support go-live readiness, incident and change management, and the governance of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.

You'll bring experience in process controls, SAP and IT service management, with strong stakeholder skills to deliver measurable improvements in a complex
