You'll work across business, technology and supplier teams, supporting operational readiness, service improvements and the introduction of emerging technologies including AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Experienced in business analysis or operational governance.
• Strong understanding of process controls, change management and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate go-live readiness activities across key applications and services.
