Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to define and deliver diverse projects with our team. You will translate user needs into solution designs, perform root cause analysis, and work with development teams to design technical solutions.

You will produce BRDs, map processes, support UAT, and manage stakeholders from board to developers. Strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI skills are essential. Flexible/remote working is available in a collaborative, award-winning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Business Requirements Documents and mapping business processes.
• Agile Delivery experience within a delivery team and Digital or Application Modernisation projects.
• Ability to review Functional Specification Documents for alignment with Business Requirements.
• Experience across large-scale and smaller projects defining and designing business solutions.
• Discovery, technical, and data capability with strong SQL background.
• Excellent communication and proactive consultancy skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and translate user needs into solution designs.
• Collaborate with development teams to design technical solutions meeting business needs.
• Produce analysis, data mapping and data analysis using SQL, Excel and Power BI.
• Create detailed Business Requirements Specification Documents.
• Manage stakeholders from C-suite to developers across internal and client teams.
• Support UAT with test scenarios and issue validation using Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Lead workshops and drive end-to-end project delivery from conception to delivery.
