Job summary

Nasstar is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our remote-first team. You will shape product vision, maintain backlogs with Product Owners, and drive delivery by writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.

The role involves discovery workshops, stakeholder collaboration, and contributing to pre-sales activities. You will work in a remote, UK-based environment, interfacing with customers and internal engineers to maximise value and ensure alignment with the business

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst working on digital transformation projects.
• Ability to structure backlogs using epics and features that align business needs with technical architecture.
• Ability to write clear, testable user stories using Gherkin acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading or facilitating Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Showcases, Planning, Backlog Refinement).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfort with learning complex business domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support standardisation of requirements elicitation processes within the Digital Engineering unit.
• Shape product vision and maintain backlogs with Product Owners.
• Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria with technical stakeholders.
• Participate in discovery workshops to advance product development.
• Assist in identifying opportunities and support pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure project success and knowledge sharing.
