Job summary

• Strong experience in business analysis and process improvement.
• Experience with complex business processes, preferably housing/public sector.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis and trend identification.
• Advanced Power BI development skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in data cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
• Strong numerical and statistical skills.
• Ability to identify root causes and translate data into improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration across workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert business analysis and process improvement support across Housing Improvement Programme (HIP) workstreams.
• Analyse and improve processes relating to housing safety, quality and compliance, repairs, voids and lettings, leasehold and tenancy management.
• Use data analysis to identify trends, root causes, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyse and interpret complex datasets.
• Cleanse, validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, practical recommendations and improvement actions.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and support the delivery of process improvements.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
