Housing Plus Group is seeking a Business Insight Analyst to help shape data and BI across the organisation. You will work in a hybrid Stafford/Telford role, 36 hours per week, delivering reporting and analytics to drive performance and decision making.

The Business Insight Team is at the heart of delivering our refreshed approach to data and business intelligence. As a Business Insight Analyst, you’ll specialise in one of the following areas:
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll provide expert advice on data, maintain and enhance reporting solutions, and deliver insightful analysis that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
You’ll play a central role in the design and delivery of our Performance Reporting Framework, helping to develop and quality assure key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reporting processes. You’ll also undertake analytical projects to support service reviews, demand analysis, and deeper understanding of organisational performance.
