Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regular Power BI performance reports and dashboards for managers and leadership.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and necessary interventions.
• Develop, maintain and monitor KPIs across Housing Services aligned to priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across housing performance reporting.
• Support the production of submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of performance reporting systems and BI solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility.
• Support service areas with ad-hoc analysis.
