Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in the UK to frame complex problems, synthesize research, and turn stakeholder input into clear options and practical paths to value. You will partner with Product, Delivery, Engineering and Design to shape the 'why/what', enable the 'how', and de-risk end-to-end delivery.

As a Senior BA you will also help build the BA capability here, growing careers alongside the function as TDG grows, in a collaborative, agile environment with a focus on digital

Qualifications

• A consulting calibre BA who thrives in ambiguity and creates clarity, choices and decisions.
• Experience working to GOV.UK Service Standard or within the public sector.
• Strategic and analytical with ability to turn ambiguity into measurable outcomes.
• Translational skills turning analysis into actionable insights for decision making.
• Stakeholder partner with credibility and trusted advisory approach.
• Delivery pragmatic in Agile environments with end-to-end focus.
• Digital transformation experience across problem framing, analysis, and delivery.
• Outcomes-focused, commercially aware and open in collaboration.

Responsibilities
