Job summary

Network IT Recruitment Limited is assisting in recruiting a Senior Business Analyst in Milton Keynes for a hybrid role. You will lead analysis across the full product and service lifecycle from discovery through to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, architecture, engineering, design, data, and testing to ensure technology investments align with user needs and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in digital, technology, or service transformation environments.
• Experience working within Agile and iterative delivery teams.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse, validate, and manage complex business requirements.
• Experience producing process maps, service blueprints, user stories, acceptance criteria, and BA artefacts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
• Experience using data, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making and service improvement.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Experience managing assumptions, dependencies, risks, impacts, and decisions throughout delivery.
• Understanding of user-centred design, accessibility, and evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across discovery, design, delivery, and continuous improvement phases within digital and service transformation projects.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement to understand user and business needs.
• Map end-to-end services, processes, journeys, and operational workflows.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, and specifications.
• Support backlog management, refinement, prioritisation, and delivery readiness.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Developers, Architects, and Tests to ensure solutions meet objectives.
• Analyse data and service performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support option assessments, feasibility analyses, risk identification, and business impact evaluation.
• Assist with acceptance testing, release readiness, and handover activities.
• Present recommendations and risks to stakeholders and governance forums.
• Champion continuous improvement and contribute to BA standards and best practices.
• Explore and utilise AI-assisted tools to enhance analysis and delivery outcomes.
