Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking an experienced Business Analyst & Change Adoption Manager to lead a team delivering and adopting change initiatives across the organisation. This brand-new role sits in the Strategic Planning & Transformation team, strengthening analysis and change capability as we execute a bold programme of organisational change.

You will balance hands-on delivery with leadership, ensuring consistent analysis, clear requirements, effective testing, and structured change

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change, adoption, or training in a large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (ADKAR) and BA skills in requirements gathering, process improvement and testing.
• Experience coaching or line-managing change teams.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in BA and Change Management tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop your team of BAs and Change Managers, guiding growth and performance.
• Allocate and prioritise work across BA, Change and Adoption resources to ensure consistency.
• Design and implement structured approaches for Business Analysis and change adoption with materials and resources to build capability.
• Collaborate with project managers, PMO, NHG Digital and Business colleagues to embed change management in delivery.
• Build strong stakeholder and partner relationships to understand impacts and secure commitment to change.
• Work as a senior BA on projects—define requirements, run workshops, support testing and implementation.
• Oversee development and delivery of training, communications, and adoption interventions; measure impact to drive improvements.
