Job summary

A rapidly expanding organisation in the Greater Manchester area is seeking a Change Analyst to support its transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong Business Analysis experience along with the ability to oversee changes from inception to completion. This hybrid position involves a commitment to manage smaller changes as well as support larger projects. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you work across legacy systems and a significant rebuild programme, ensuring clarity and progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Ability to deliver change from start to finish, not just high-level consultancy work.
• Experience working on software development or digital transformation projects.
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing mini-projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

I’m working with a rapidly expanding organisation that is rebuilding and modernising a large suite of internally developed applications. To support this growth, they are looking for Change Analysts who can operate across both Business Analysis and light Project Management.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys owning change from discovery through to delivery.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES 5 DAYS PER WEEK ON SITE.
