We are seeking experiencedBusiness Analysis professionals with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System experience at both Business Analyst and Senior Business Analystlevel to join the Strategic Projects Office within the PPSC. These roles will play a critical part in shaping and delivering the University’s CRM Future Project.
Whether operating at practitioner level or providing strategic leadership, you will apply strong business analysis expertise to help the University make informed decisions, realise benefits, manage risk and deliver sustainable change.
As part of the SPO Business Analysis team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the University to support the scoping, analysis, and delivery of the next phase of the CRM Future Project, which is scheduled to run until December 2027. You will play a key role in delivering business-critical CRM systems, working collaboratively with operational colleagues, internal specialists and technical teams, as well as external suppliers.
You will apply your strong business analysis expertise to help the Project Team understand business needs and shape the design and implementation of solutions that deliver productivity improvements, operational efficiencies, and increased staff and student satisfaction. Your contribution will enable and University to make informed decisions, realise benefits, manage risk and deliver sustainable change.
