Wesleyan Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12 Month FTC (35 hours/week) with hybrid work in Birmingham or Oswestry. Salary up to £55,000 based on skills and experience.
The role involves delivering change initiatives and BAU projects, bridging between technical teams and senior stakeholders. Key tasks include planning the BA workstream, gathering requirements, refining solutions, and facilitating workshops.

About the role: Wesleyan is on a continued journey of transformation across all areas of the business, which means our Change team have multiple projects to own and deliver. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support us in delivering these critical initiatives and other BAU projects.
The involves thinking ahead, anticipating business impacts, spotting opportunities or risk outside of day to day scope and remit, influencing decisions with foresight, above and beyond reacting to existing requirements.
