We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst on an initial 6-month contract based in Belfast. This role will support the delivery across the portfolio of business and technology change initiatives across 3173.
Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Compliance, you will play a key role in shaping requirements, improving processes, and ensuring that change initiatives deliver tangible business value. The focus is on capturing robust business requirements, defining detailed functional and non functional requirements, and producing current and future state process maps, and documenting test plans.
This role is well suited to a contractor who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, operating in fast-moving environments, and supporting the delivery of core systems during periods of growth and transformation. The engagement is outcome-driven, collaborative, and delivery-focused.
This role requires two days per week onsite in Belfast, and occasional travel to other UK offices may be required.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with additional hours as and when required.
The role holder may be at times required to travel to other UK locations.
