Qualifications

• Expérience en planification, définition des exigences et priorisation.
• Connaissance approfondie des techniques de modélisation de l'industrie.

Responsibilities

JD Ross is supporting a global business in their search for a senior ETRM Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing global organization that has been established for over 20 years.

You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders across all levels of the organization, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Lead critical initiatives and mentor Junior Business Analysts.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document business requirements, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
• Ability to advise, guide, and promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
• Experience in planning, scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization for large, complex initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
• Ability to advise on techniques and approaches, influencing stakeholders accordingly.
• Experience managing teams or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
