Responsibilities

• Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements.
• Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Ability to advise and promote adoption of methods and tools, and ensure adherence to policies.
• Experience in planning, scoping, and requirements definition for complex initiatives.
