You will be working within regulatory and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders across all levels, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Lead critical initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document business requirements, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
• Provide advice, guidance, and expertise to promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
• Experience in planning, scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization for large, complex initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-wide modeling techniques.
• Ability to advise on techniques and approaches, influencing customers accordingly.
• Management or mentoring experience with teams or junior staff is preferred.
