JDRoss are supporting a global business in their search for a senior ETRM Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization that has been established for over 20 years.

You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders at all levels, translating business needs into requirements.
• Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document requirements, and ensure delivery of solutions meeting strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
• Ability to advise on methods, tools, policies, and standards to promote adoption among stakeholders.
• Experience in planning, scoping, and requirements definition for large initiatives.
• Knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques and influencing customer decisions.
• Management or mentorship experience with junior staff preferred.
