Job summary

Fulkers Bailey Russell is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to autonomously lead and manage projects across Healthcare, Government and Education sectors. You will work with a varied team to deliver high standards on time and within budget.

Role involves supervising project lifecycles, providing building surveying expertise, and mentoring junior staff while upholding health and safety and CDM standards. The firm promotes sustainability and employee development.

Qualifications

• Chartered accreditation or working towards chartership with support available.
• Experience in construction industry and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Prepare tender documentation, reports and client recommendations.
• Oversee site inspections, condition surveys and surveys of existing buildings.
• Manage fees, bid processes and client relations to generate new work.
