Job summary

Fulkers Bailey Russell is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to autonomously lead projects across Healthcare, Blue Light, Higher Education and public sectors. The role involves managing projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Chartered accreditation or working towards (we can support you)
• Ability to deliver larger and more complex projects through the full lifecycle
• Experience in building surveying within healthcare, education or government sectors preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision
• Advise on procurement, contracts and act as contract administrator
• Prepare tender documentation, reports and recommendations
• Carry out site inspections and condition surveys
• Oversee CDM, health & safety and multi-disciplinary teams
• Maintain client relationships and manage fee proposals
