Bruton Knowles is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our Building Consultancy team in Birmingham, covering the wider Midlands region. You will lead a diverse portfolio across public and private sectors, delivering expert surveying services.

You will work on technical due diligence, specifications, risk assessments, schedules of condition, and defect analysis, while developing client relationships and benefiting from hybrid working, modern systems, and clear pathways for professional

We’re looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join our thriving and collaborative Building Consultancy team, based out of our Birmingham office and covering the wider Midlands region. You'll lead on a diverse portfolio of projects across both the public and private sectors, supporting clients with expert building surveying services.

About the role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality building consultancy services and managing key client relationships across the Midlands. You’ll work across a variety of projects, with core responsibilities likely to include:

• Technical due diligence for commercial and residential properties
• Preparing specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for refurbishments and maintenance
• Conducting building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidation assessments, and defect analysis
