Job summary

Fexco Property Services Group is seeking a Building Manager to run day-to-day operations for a high-rise residential development in the UK. You will ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality maintenance across M&E systems and district heating, coordinating with contractors and the central procurement team.

You will act as on-site lead, manage resident enquiries, and deliver regular reports on performance, budgets, and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing high-rise residential, mixed-use, or complex properties.
• Strong understanding of residential building compliance and health and safety obligations.
• Experience overseeing M&E systems and district heating networks.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building operations and facilities.
• Ensure common areas and plant rooms are maintained to a high standard.
• Monitor maintenance providers and contractors for performance.
• Lead compliance checks, testing, and certification.
• Manage resident engagement and respond to service requests.
• Assist budgets and report operational metrics to management.
