Fexco Property Services is seeking a Building Safety and Project Manager to oversee safety and compliance for high-rise and medium-rise buildings in a remote role. You will develop plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure delivery against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
• Experience with leasehold properties and building safety legislation is essential.
• Proven background in property/asset management or health & safety roles.
• Able to analyse data and present insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records in internal databases and SharePoint with accuracy.
• Develop project plans to address building compliance and safety requirements.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to signposted milestones.
• Conduct gap analyses on risk areas and report findings to leadership.
• Prepare reports and present KPIs to senior managers.
• Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders as needed.
• Support information gathering for building information requirements.
