Job summary

Premier Foods, owner of Mr Kipling, is seeking a commercially sharp Senior Brand Manager to shape the next growth phase. You will own significant parts of the portfolio, translate insights into growth and mobilise teams for standout execution with UK retailers.

You will lead innovations, activate the brand across digital and retail channels, and collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams while mentoring a Marketing Graduate on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• FMCG brand marketing experience, ideally at Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering results.
• A passion for consumer insight, innovation and building brands people love.
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to turn strategy into action.

Responsibilities

• Own key areas of the Mr Kipling portfolio and deliver against commercial objectives.
• Turn consumer, shopper and market insights into winning growth plans.
• Lead innovation projects from concept through to launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Develop compelling brand activations across digital, social and retail channels.
• Partner with Sales, Category and Commercial teams to drive customer success.
• Coach and develop our Marketing Graduate whilst leading cross-functional project teams.
