Qualifications

• FMCG brand marketing experience at Brand Manager level.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget management.
• Passion for consumer insight, innovation and building beloved brands.
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive ownership-driven mindset; turns strategy into action.

Responsibilities

• Own key areas of the Mr Kipling portfolio and deliver against commercial objectives.
• Turn insights into winning growth plans.
• Lead innovation projects from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Develop brand activations across digital, social and retail channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category, and Commercial teams to drive customer success.
• Coach Marketing Graduate and lead cross-functional project teams.
